Our Process

Our clients are extremely important to us and we appreciate that timescales differ from wedding, to corporate events, and of course to funerals.  We frequently get asked questions on how we work, and we hope the following steps are of use:


Step 1

Please complete the enquiry form below, with your name, email, telephone number, occasion and the date of your event.


Step 2

Tasha Vass Floristry will contact you for an informal chat to discuss your requirements and arrange a personal consultation at a mutually convenient time.


Step 3

Tasha Vass Floristry will provide you with suggestions of the discussed floral designs and an estimate of the costs for providing these.


Step 4

On receipt of your non refundable holding deposit we will confirm your booking and our availability to provide you with the agreed floral installations and designs on the specified date. The full balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the date of your wedding or event, however for funerals the balance will be due 7 days prior to the event.
